Martin H Seddon Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in 2003. The Director, Martin Seddon, has over 30 years’ experience of town planning gained in Local Authorities and the private sector. He is a Chartered Town Planner and has been a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1979. From 2005, he was accredited as a preferred Local Authority contractor by the National Planning Advisory Service.

He has worked with a number of planning authorities as an interim manager, particularly in the fields of development control, enforcement and service improvement.

He has published articles in planning, landscape design and community safety journals and contributed to a book on Crime Prevention and the Law (2006).

The company has a network of professionally qualified associates whose services may be called upon (e.g. to provide specialist application drawings or advice).
